1) According to the English release of the Red and Blue DVDs, the whisper here is “Hi Cava”. Despite rumors in English speaking fandom it is almost certainly not “kami-sama” (“oh god”) because Japanese people don’t use that as an exclamation of strong emotion.
2) 逝く iku means “to go”, or “to pass away” however iku is also Japanese slang for “to come (i.e. orgasm)”
3) The lines in this verse were originally written in pseudo-English nonsense, however when sung they sounded like Japanese. In the lyrics booklet for Best of the Best vol.1 MILD, the “English” has been dropped and the lines are written in Japanese, which is what I have translated here.

NOTES
In the original lyrics for this song, GACKT alternates between writing 僕/ボク(boku, “me”) and 君/キミ(kimi, “you”).It appears that when the pronouns are written in kanji, he is describing the character’s personalities and feelings:
“You are a sincere moralist”, “I am a pure terrorist”
and when they are written in katakana, he is talking euphemistically about their bodies and sexual organs:
“I am hard from your long fingernails” “I want to get all the way inside you”
(As Japanese frequently omits pronouns, a lot of the “I”s and “you”s in my translation were not written at all in the original).
For curiosity’s sake I’ve underlined where the katakana is, but since some lines cannot be translated with all of their possible meanings intact, don’t think about it too hard.

This distinction has been removed in the Best of the Best vol.1 MILD version.
